At one point I decided starting a cold brew company seemed like a good idea.
So I did.
Echo was a cold brew brand I started from scratch. The name, identity, packaging, product and all the other things you suddenly discover you need when you decide to start a beverage company.
I learned a lot. Mostly that making coffee is easier than making a coffee company. It may come back for another life.
